RESET OR RECOVERY OF PRC PASSWORD
Step 1: Visit the Online.prc.gov.ph or LERIS to Reset your Password:
- You can visit PRC’s main website which is www.prc.gov.ph and go to the quick links window. Alternatively, you can head directly to the Licensure Examination and Registration Information System (LERIS) website at online.prc.gov.ph or online1.prc.gov.ph or online2.prc.gov.ph
1. Proceed to the “Sign In” window located at the upper right side of the webpage.
2. If you really can’t remember your password, then hit the green button which is for the “Forgot Password?” It is located just below the Sign in / blue button.

Step 2: Type in your Email Address in the Given Space:
1. Key in the email address that you use when you registered in online LERIS
2. Verify that you are not a robot by answering the "captcha".
3. When it does, just select the necessary photo needed to verify that you are not a robot. Hit the submit.

Step 3: Clicking Submit Button
- After Clicking submit button, you can read a pop-up message "Success!, We sent a message to your Email, you can proceed in resetting your password by following the instructions."
Note: If your email is in the Professional Regulations Commission’s database, they will email you the instruction on how you will retrieve your password. Otherwise, you will receive an immediate notification that your email is not found or if your email is not active " email: [email protected]"
Step 4: Checking Email for the reset instructions
Note: Check your inbox/spam or all folders of your email account used in PRC online within 24 hours.
